Giveaway Terms and Conditions By submitting an entry to the GO BIG RED Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by our Official Rules and the decisions of Vista Energy Marketing, L.P. (“Vista Energy”), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

The Giveaway is open to all Nebraska residents age 18 or older at time of entry who are new customers participating in the Black Hills Choice Gas program’s open enrollment period for natural gas service. Giveaway is governed by United States law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

By entering the Giveaway you understand you are requesting to enroll with Vista Energy to be your natural gas supplier during the Black Hills Choice Gas open enrollment period, beginning March 18, 2021. Upon successful enrollment with Vista Energy, you will receive two (2) tickets to the 2021 University of Nebraska Spring Football game. Game time and date to be determined. Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred.

During the enrollment process, you agree that Vista Energy may contact you, and you agree to provide to Vista Energy, your full legal name, your mailing address for delivery of the Giveaway tickets, and account identification information relating to your residential natural gas service.

To enter the Giveaway, agree to these terms and submit the online entry form. Vista Energy is not responsible for incorrect emails or spam filters or other issues that prevent the customer from being contacted.

If a Giveaway recipient cannot be contacted or if the Giveaway recipient cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitutions are permitted. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local sales and income taxes.

Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Vista Energy, as the Sponsor of the Giveaway, and release, defend and hold harmless Vista Energy and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Giveaway, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Giveaway or use or redemption of prize. Vista Energy is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize.

Winner acknowledges that Vista Energy and all other businesses concerned with this Giveaway, including the University of Nebraska, and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize.

This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
