How to read your Vista Energy Bill

Learning how to read your bill is an excellent way to monitor your energy usage. Though each company uses its own billing formats, most bills include common information. We work through many utilities, each with their own approach to constructing a bill. With this guide, we’ll help you better understand your bill.

Your NICOR Bill

It is very important that the correct information is retrieved from your bill in order to complete your enrollment. Please see the attached image to ensure that we receive the Utility Account# from the Gas Account Summary page of your NICOR bill.

Your PG&E Bill

It is very important that the correct information is retrieved from your bill in order to complete your enrollment. Please see the attached image to ensure that we receive the Utility Account# from the Gas Account Summary page of your PG&E bill.

Your NIPSCO Bill

It is very important that the correct information is retrieved from your bill in order to complete your enrollment. Please see the attached image to ensure that we receive the Utility Account# from the Gas Account Summary page of your NIPSCO bill.

Your CEI Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Customer Number from your CEI bill to complete the enrollment. Your Customer Number is a 20 digit number that starts with 08 and can be located on the first line under the section "Charges From The Illuminating Company". Please see the bill image to the right.

Your COH Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Account Number from your COH bill to complete the enrollment. Your Account Number is a 12 or 15 digit number that can be located at the top right corner of your bill. Please see the bill image to the right.

Your DEO Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Account Number from your DEO bill to complete the enrollment. Your Account Number is a 13 or 5 digit number that can be located on the top left of your bill. Please see the bill image to the right.

Your Duke Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Account Number from your Duke bill to complete the enrollment. Your Account Number is the FIRST 10 digits of the Account Number located at the top left of your Duke Energy Bill. Please see the bill image to the right.

Your Ohio Edison Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Customer Number from your Ohio Edison bill to complete the enrollment. Your Customer Number is a 20 digit number that starts with 08 and can be located on the first line under the section "Charges from Ohio Edison". Please see the bill image to the right.

Your Toledo Edison Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Customer Number from your Toledo Edison bill to complete the enrollment. Your Customer Number is a 20 digit number that starts with 08 and can be found on the first line under the "Charges From Toledo Edison" section of your Toledo Edison Bill. Please see the bill image to the right.

Your AEP Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Customer Number from your AEP bill to complete the enrollment. Your Service Delivery Identifier (SDI) is a 17 digit number that starts with 00‍1400‍607 and can be found under the billing line for Tariff of your Ohio AEP bill. Please see the bill image to the right.

Your Duquesne Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Customer Number from your Duquesne bill to complete the enrollment. Your Supplier Agreement ID is a 10 digit number and can be found on PAGE 4 of your Duquesne Light bill under the section "General & Supplier Information". Please see the bill image to the right.

Your Met-Ed Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Customer Number from your Met-Ed bill to complete the enrollment. Your Customer Number is a 20 digit number that starts with 08 and can be located on the right side of your bill under the section "Charges From Met-Ed". Please see the bill image to the right.

Your PECO Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Customer Number from your PECO bill to complete the enrollment. Your Account Number is a 10 digit number located at the top right of your PECO bill located under your name. Please see the bill image to the right.

Your Penelec Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Customer Number from your Penelec bill to complete the enrollment. Your Customer Number is a 20 digit number that starts with 08 and can be located on the right side of your bill under the section "Charges From Penelec" of your Penelec bill. Please see the bill image to the right.

Your PGW Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Account Number AND Service Point ID from your PGW bill to complete the enrollment. Your Account Number is a 10 digit number that can be found on PAGE 1 of your PGW bill and is located on the top right under the "Billing Date" label. Your Service Point ID is a 10 digit number that can be found on PAGE 3 of your PGW bill and is located on the right under the "Next Meter Read" label. Please see the bill image to the right.

Your Peoples Natural Gas Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Account Number from your Peoples Natural Gas bill to complete the enrollment. Your Account Number is a 12 digit number that can be located at the top left of your Peoples Natural Gas bill under your name and address. Please see the bill image to the right.

Your PPL Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Bill Account Number from your PPL bill to complete the enrollment. Your Bill Account Number is a 10 digit number and can be found at the top right of your PPL bill under the label "Bill Acct. No.". Please see the bill image to the right.

Your West Penn Power Bill

For enrollment with Vista Energy, we need the Bill Account Number from your West Penn Power bill to complete the enrollment. Your Customer Number is a 20 digit number that starts with 08 and can be found on the first line under the "Charges From West Penn Power" section of your West Penn Power bill.
